When first onboarding with Frontly, you will add your preferred Subdomain. This can be edited from the User Home Page under Domains. After you’ve edited your Subdomain, remember to click “Save”.

Custom Domain

With a paid plan, you can set a Custom Domain. This custom domain will replace your app.frontly domain. Learn more about plans here.

Frontly Custom Domain Upgrade

Once you're on a paid plan, you will see the field to enter your custom domain:

Step 1: Ensure that you have already purchased a domain from a Domain Registrar, such as GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc.

Step 2: Type the domain name here, such as If you prefer to use a custom subdomain for your Frontly website, you can enter something like instead.

Once added successfully, you should see a CNAME Address appear:

Copy the CNAME Address into your domain provider's DNS settings to point that domain to your Frontly app.

Often it takes a few hours to propagate / update across the internet before showing up as your website domain.
